Turkey initiated expiry review  (sunset review) anti dumping investigation on 5th Sept. 2023 against to India and Chinese Taiwan for the DTY- texturized polyester filament yarns. Ministry will review the duty and may extended the duty as it is, remove the duty or revise the duty levels 

 Regarding the investigation into the import of DTY yarns originating from India, China Taiwan, and South Korea, anti dumping measures were imposed in accordance with the Notification on the Prevention of Unfair Competition in Imports published in the Official Gazette dated 27/6/2000 and numbered 24092 (No: 2000/7).  However, the measure imposed against South Korea was later removed upon the determination that imports from South Korea did not cause injury to the domestic industry.
